SHIPPING POLICY

When will my box ship?

 

Your box will generally ship within one month of successful billing and are typically shipped via Canada Post or USPS (both one-time gift box and subscription package). We send all boxes before the 10th of each month. You will receive an email when your item is shipped.

 

Transit Times

 

7-10 business days or 1-2 weeks after leaving our storeroom depending on location.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

When will I be billed?

 

For the one-time gift box option, you will be billed at the time of purchase.

 

When you sign up for the subscription program, you will be billed immediately for the first month of your subscription term, then on the first of the month each month after that.

 

Near the end of your subscription term, you will receive an email, to let you know that your subscription is renewing, and that your credit card will be charged unless you cancel. In this email, you'll find a link to your account where you can cancel or make changes to your subscription. Any problems send us an email and we'll help you out.

 

Cancellation

One-time gift packages must be canceled within 48 hours of purchase. Cancellation requests for one-time gift packages must be made directly to Wildwest Kidz at info@wildwestkidz.com.

If you desire to cancel your subscription prior to the end of your chosen term, you must contact us at info@wildwestkidz.com.

 

After the initial commitment term is complete, subscriptions must be cancelled in the first 10 days of each month to cancel for the following month. If a subscription is cancelled after the 10th, customers will be charged for and receive one last package the following month. All products thereafter will no longer be sent, and subscription charges will cease.

 

Gifted Subscription

 

When checking out as a gift, customers are able to set cancellation dates at checkout.

Renewal

For subscriptions, an email will be sent to you a few days before renewal to remind you that your credit card will be charged. If you don’t want your plan to renew automatically, click the link in your email to access your account to make appropriate changes. If you have any problems, send us an email right away and we'll help you out.

 

One-time gift packages are just that, one time. There are no renewals.

 

Damaged Books

 

If any of the books arrive damaged, we will send replacements if photo documentation is provided within 48 hours of the box’s delivery, as determined by package tracking data.

 

Refunds

 

Refund requests must be made directly to Wildwest Kidz at info@wildwestkidz.com. All refund requests must be made within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of your Wildwest Kidz subscription box or one-time gift package, as determined by package tracking data.

We will not provide a refund for a request that is received more than forty-eight (48) hours after receipt of your Wildwest Kidz subscription box or one-time gift package, as determined by package tracking data.

Upon receipt of your request, Wildwest Kidz will provide instructions for returning the box.

When we receive the returned subscription box, we will credit the amount paid for the returned box. Note - this will not include shipping and handling costs/fees related to the original purchase, which are non-refundable. The refund will be made to the Payment Method you used to make the original purchase.

Wildwest Kidz does not control when a specific credit card or payment method company processes this transaction. You are responsible for contacting your credit card or payment company if you have questions about the status of the chargeback.
